    Tired of having to mix together different flours and gums to make your Gluten Free banana bread from scratch? 


    I’ve done the hard work for you! 


    I’ve been lovingly crafted from the perfect mix of gluten free flours to create a delicious, light & moist banana bread just for you. 


    All of my ingredients are super premium, natural and certified organic, so no cheap fillers here that you’ll find in your usual gluten free baked goods. 


    I’ve left the gums behind too - so no tummy aches for you. 


    And just for a little bit of non-sexy talk, I’ve been blended in our gluten free facility just for your piece of mind. 


    The best part about me….even your non-gluten free friends will be none the wiser as I taste just as good (if not better) than your usual banana bread!

  • How to make me?

    What you’ll need to bake your Gluten Free Banana Bread: 

    3 spotty bananas, peeled (350g)

    3 eggs

    ½ cup olive oil



    Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced) and line a large loaf tin with baking paper

    In a large bowl mash the bananas and combine

    with eggs & oil

    Add the Gluten Free Banana Bread baking mix, stir until combined and pour the mixture into the tin

    Bake for 60 minutes 

    Remove from tin, place on a cooling rack, pop the kettle on and call the tribe to the table!

    Am I really better than other Gluten Free banana breads out there?


    Hand on my little banana heart - YES!


    My creators did extensive testing and a tonne of Banana Bread eating during my creation to ensure you’re getting the best banana bread experience.


    Our official taste testers even reported that they had no idea it was even gluten free! 


    How do you store me? 


    Now I’m an actual loaf, I’m best kept in the fridge (1-4C) and eaten within 3 days (but I rarely last that long!). 


    Want me to hang around longer? 


    I’m happy to hang out in your freezer (-18C) with those mixed veggies and icecream for 3 months. 


    Store dry mix in a cool dry place away from light. 


    Can you use butter instead of oil to make me? 


    Best pop the butter back in the fridge. 


    Oil is what helps me bake into a beautiful light and fluffy loaf. 


    Butter will turn me into a firm loaf once you put me in the fridge, so it won’t be the best banana bread experience of your life….and we wouldn’t want that!

Full Ingredient Glossary


New Zealand rainwater. Mostly used as a solvent in which it dissolves many of the ingredients used to impart skin benefits.


Acts as a solvent to help dissolve the fragrance oils into the water.


Derived from sugar beet, it helps the skin retain moisture by reducing TEWL (trans-epidermal water loss) and creating a stronger skin barrier; this allows the skin to rehydrate itself quickly.

Sodium ascorbyl phosphate

A derivative of vitamin c, this supercharged antioxidant helps protect the skin against photo damage of the skin including premature ageing; keeping it looking fresh and healthy.

Delicious Banana yummyness!

Easy to order. Quick delivery. Excited unpacking! Add 3 ingredients, mix and bake! Done! The hardest part is waiting for it to cool, whilst smelling the fresh baked kitchen smells! It was SO delicious! Great texture and flavour. Can’t wait to make another!

You wouldn't know that this was a gluten free product. The banana bread had good texture and flavour, was the right amount of sweet and it made our house smell divine. This is a good option to keep in the house for unexpected guests, especially because so many people need to eat gluten free these days.


This gluten free banana bread is my favourite! This was quick and easy to make. It smelled delicious cooking in the oven, I had to taste it almost straight out of the oven! It has a good texture and tastes great, even my friends who are not gluten free liked it. It toasts well too.
