You wouldn't know that this was a gluten free product. The banana bread had good texture and flavour, was the right amount of sweet and it made our house smell divine. This is a good option to keep in the house for unexpected guests, especially because so many people need to eat gluten free these days.
This gluten free banana bread is my favourite! This was quick and easy to make. It smelled delicious cooking in the oven, I had to taste it almost straight out of the oven! It has a good texture and tastes great, even my friends who are not gluten free liked it. It toasts well too.
